Overview
Seeking Per Diem OB/GYN Hospitalists to provide coverage for our program at The Medical Center of Aurora, in Aurora, CO - Apply Today!
Responsibilities
- 24 hour shifts, in house
- Seeking Per diem candidates with ongoing availability
- Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients on L/D, assisting in the care of the patients of community OBs, evaluating and managing GYN ED patients and assisting in surgical procedures
Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified
- 5-years of OB hospitalist or OB/GYN experience required
- Active CO license or IMLC compact eligible
Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 140.00 /hour

What you'll do
- The role involves providing 24-hour shifts of coverage as a Per Diem OB/GYN Hospitalist, which includes the evaluation and emergency management of patients on Labor and Delivery and GYN Emergency Department patients. Responsibilities also extend to assisting in the care of community OBs' patients and aiding in surgical procedures.
