                                                           Join Our Neonatology Team at Winchester Medical Center!

Responsibilities

We are seeking a board certified or board eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester VA. This is a full-time position within a well-established 3-physician group, caring for a 30-bed Level 3b NICU with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.

  • Enjoy a collaborative practice environment with neonatologists taking call from home and 24-hour in-house coverage by NNPs
  • Advanced services include whole body cooling, inhaled nitric oxide, and high frequency oscillation
  • We welcome candidates with Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building a long-term career in Winchester
