Role Overview:We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech & Creative Focus) to own full-cycle recruitment delivery across technical, creative, and generalist roles. This role is primarily execution-focused (~80% recruitment delivery) with targeted sourcing support (~20%).
You will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to evaluate talent rigorously, drive interviews and offer processes, and ensure each hire meets Pearl’s high standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment and takes ownership over hiring outcomes across diverse roles.
Your ImpactYou will directly influence revenue growth by ensuring outbound activity volume, inbound responsiveness, and pipeline progression remain strong and consistent. Your work will improve deal velocity, revive stalled opportunities, and increase top-of-funnel conversion rates. By coaching SDRs and enforcing quality standards, you will raise overall sales execution across the organization. Your leadership will help build a scalable sales development function that supports long-term company growth.
