
The Specialty Back Office Supervisor is responsible for recruiting and developing Specialty DAs in their region. They are responsible for managing a team of 10 to 15 Specialty DAs. They will develop their team through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring. The Specialty Back Office Supervisor will develop a culture where the Specialty DA team is fully integrated at the office level. They will work closely with the Regional Manager of Specialty to ensure the back office is prepared for a successful start up of new specialty services in an office. The position includes daily travel to assigned offices in the region. They are responsible for managing the scheduling of the Specialty DAs and ensuring offices are appropriately staffed. They will conduct regional training to ensure Specialty DAs are in compliance with state and federal mandatory regulations, following best practices, and delivering the PPE. The Specialty Back Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their team maintains an appropriate and adequate clinical supply in the dental practice, while simultaneously remaining fiscally responsible. Must support the policies and goals of PDS and thus participate in the growth and future of the company.
