Primary Objective:

Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance with the quality management system.

 Responsible for visually and mechanically inspecting components, accessories, detail parts and finished assemblies manufactured by or purchased for PCB.  Maintains detailed records for ensuring lot traceability of materials by manufacturing.     Responsible for maintaining system in accordance with procedures

  1. Sets an example of good work habits and attitude, by cooperation and interacts with employees in a positive manner showing commitment to customer service.

 

  1. Knows and uses current procedures for processing components during inspection process and other required daily activities in department

 

  1. Inspects and records finished products, components, accessories and material for visual, mechanical and electrical defects and other applicable specifications, per department procedures and process, for compliance to requirements and deliveries to end users.

 

  1. Generates, updates and maintains records of quality control documentation such as Rejected Material documentation and handling, acceptance test requirements for products inspected, customer certificates, and traceability to inspected items.  Accurately maintain BSD software for final inspection process.

 

  1. Keeps area clean and organized.

 

  1. Performs other duties as assigned.

High School diploma

Experience

One to three years minimum

Adequate knowledge of measurement and test equipment, use of go/no-go gages,

and test fixtures.  Basic computer aptitude (Word and Excel).  Ability to read

mechanical drawings.  Adequate skills in typing and handwriting.  Eye exam

required.

This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
