Principle Accountabilities:
Maintain and file records and complete and distribute reports for incoming shipments.
Utilize computer system to generate reports/tags.
Input and verify applicable information to ensure accuracy of counts and other data and accurately close bill of ladings.
Input, upload, and manipulate data within spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of all data.
Proactively communicate with internal customers regarding scheduling changes for shipping/receiving.
Assist department personnel, when needed, to balance the workload, organize area, and perform general cleaning.
Communicate daily shipments/staging and cycle counting information to material handlers/production.
Ensure all paperwork related to incoming/outbound shipments is accurate.
Work on production line, as needed.
Depending on staffing levels, may be required to operate forklift and maintain applicable licensures.
Adhere to all safety and work rules, company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED.
A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a forklift
Ability to work the 2nd shift including weekends and overtime as needed
Ability to work in production environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience in administrative role within a shipping/receiving/comparable area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Ability to work within a team, effectively communicating with members.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and delegate tasks, as needed.
