Prerequisites:  Wisconsin State Indentured Journeyperson Electrician

  • Ability to manage several priorities at once.  
  • Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check. 
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. There is a possibility of shift work.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License. 

 

The individuals who are successful at obtaining this position will be required to:

 

  • Follow all established facility safety rules and policies.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Own or obtain tools necessary for the job.
  • Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Further development of skills by accepting and successfully completing trainings.
  • The successful candidate may be required to work shift work in the future.

 

 

Journeyperson rate: $44.23/hour

 

 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

 

  • Starting salary for position: $44.23 per hour. 
  • Paid Vacation: Based on the contractual agreement.
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
