Prerequisites: Wisconsin State Indentured Journeyperson Electrician
- Ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. There is a possibility of shift work.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
The individuals who are successful at obtaining this position will be required to:
- Follow all established facility safety rules and policies.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Own or obtain tools necessary for the job.
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Further development of skills by accepting and successfully completing trainings.
- The successful candidate may be required to work shift work in the future.
Journeyperson rate: $44.23/hour
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Starting salary for position: $44.23 per hour.
- Paid Vacation: Based on the contractual agreement.
- Paid Holidays.
- Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
- Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.

What you'll do
- The Journeyperson Electrician will follow established safety rules and policies while upholding company procedures. They will also be responsible for effective communication with co-workers and supervisors and further developing their skills through training.
