Pay Rate:
$21.29 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift: (6:00am – 2:00 pm), (10-hour shift: 5am-3pm), (12-hour shift: 5am-5pm)
2nd Shift: TBD

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team to support production goals, including improving productivity and reducing downtime and waste
Assist with various tasks across the plant floor as needed to support operations
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
Maintain work areas and equipment in accordance with 5S Standards
Perform other duties as assigned
May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in the corrugated industry or manufacturing environment
Prior machine operator experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
Excellent communication skills.
Thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
