Pay and Benefits

Pay Range = $35 - $40 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

Excellent Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Optometry)

401K Plan

1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40

1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday

1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays

Uniforms Provided

PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.

Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.

PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends

Responsibilities

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in (Dallas, TX).

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems of our corrugator equipment are operating at peak efficiency. Your primary role will involve diagnosing electrical issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your electrical skills and contribute significantly to our manufacturing operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as needed.

  • Several years of hands-on experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with specific experience in corrugator machinery preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and control systems.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

  • Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and motor control circuits.

  • Corrugated background is a plus, but not required
