RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works as part of the production crew with a main focus on preparing the machine for the production run, according to the customer order.
Assists with running orders when the machine is ready by watching the run continue smoothly and without problem.
If a problem arises, such as machine failure, product quality is not to standard, or a shortage of paper, this individual notifies the operator of the problem.
May need to work with management, maintenance, and other company employees to fix the problem.
May be required to feed the machine on occasion.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or GED.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends
Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Starting salary for position: $23.59 per hour.
- Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
- Paid Vacation: Two weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

- Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependants) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverage -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverage.
- Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.

What you'll do
- The Corrugator Stacker Operator works as part of the production crew, focusing on preparing the machine for production runs and assisting in running orders. They notify the operator of any issues that arise during the production process.
