Responsibilities:
Follow all Safety rules and required PPE
Be willing to learn all aspects of line both coater operator and Re-wind operator
Will learn Mobile equipment for job tasks
Keep a clean work environment for safety reasons
Communicate with the Operators and Leads, exchange information with the incoming shift
PM tasks on machine when needed
Communicate issues or restraints to the Supervisor
Follow quality processes and call out anything out of sorts
Basic Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
Good attendance record
Physical Requirements - Bending, crawling, stooping, standing, vision, lifting (minimum of 50lbs.), walking, Ability to stand for standard 8-hour shift or longer
Cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending
Ability to work assigned shift including overtime and weekends, as needed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment
Licensed to drive a lift truck, but will train if not already licensed
