About this role

We are looking for a highly motivated Producer to join our team

As a Producer, you will play a key role in managing the art production process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality assets for our games.

The Producer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the processes across all stages of art production.




Responsibilities

  • Ensuring alignment between art requirements and deliverables across departments.
  • Act as the primary link between the overseas Art Department and local projects and management
  • Coordinating with other producers to ensure timely creation, integration, and testing of game assets.
  • Organizing and leading kick-off meetings and cross-department reviews to maintain project alignment and quality.
  •  Monitoring project milestones and addressing challenges to ensure smooth transitions between production phases.
  • Act as the primary link between the overseas Art Department and local projects and management.
  • Handle the different risks in every project and establish the right project prioritization between the different teams
  • Driving and optimizing quality and efficiency in the production process, ensuring all deliverables meet the project’s creative and technical standards.
  • This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of game development pipelines.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in the game/art project management environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with project management software (Asana/Monday)
  • Multitasking and Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent English communication skills- Must
