The team operates as a force multiplier, taking on complex, high-prioritized, and high-value cloud initiatives that require deep technical expertise, fast execution, and cross-team influence.</p> <p>You will lead the full cycle from the front, designing, building, and validating modern cloud patterns, unblocking critical initiatives, and setting technical direction that other teams can confidently adopt. It is not a long-term feature delivery team, and stakeholders change per mission, yet it’s a mission-driven squad that engages where impact is highest, establishes momentum, and then hands over ownership to product teams.</p> <p>Who you are</p> <p>You are a seasoned, hands-on, engineering leader with a proven ability to create clarity, drive momentum, and take ownership in fast-moving, complex environments. You excel at breaking down ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and moving initiatives from concept to execution with urgency and focus.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You bring deep cloud and architectural expertise, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery.
