In this role, you play a hands-on role in supporting onboarding, ongoing training initiatives, and learning operations for Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":210}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">As a Training & Enablement Intern, you will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate our internal training programs, manage our LMS, coordinate projects, and gain exposure in cross-functional collaboration.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":210}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">The ideal candidate will possess a fun-natured, enthusiastic, and motivational personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires training, presentation and facilitation skills, process development, project management, and experience with training teammates. <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Do:</span></strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the planning and logistics of live and virtual learning sessions (e.g., invites, reminders, calendar support).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":210}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Help monitor training participation, collect feedback, and follow up on assignments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":210}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Upload and organize content in the Learning Management System (LMS) or internal knowledge hubs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":2,"335559740":210}"> </span></li>
