About Patient's Choice

At Patients Choice, we believe that treatment is the start of a new beginning of wellness for our patients and not a means to an end of a legal case. Unfortunately, a legal case often barricades the path to health for many injured people.

We go above and beyond for our patients both inside and outside the rehabilitation rooms. In addition to superior physical therapy and exemplary customer service, one of our goals at Patients Choice is to provide the patient with detailed medical records inclusive of his or her prescription(s) schedule.
