Fluency in written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and good relationships
High technical affinity, ideally with experience of working with practical software or similar systems
Ability to structure information in an efficient way
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Be the main point of contact for users (medical staff) and build close relationships with them
As an expert for our software, you help users directly with problems and ensure quick solutions
You recognize when problems are due to software errors, document them thoroughly and pass them on to the relevant team. Your technical understanding will help you do this.
Be the contact person and support the team in the successful use of our software
Collect valuable feedback from our users and pass it on to our product managers in a structured form
