<p>We are looking for an experienced EH&S and Facilities Lead to join a team of dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing. </p>
<p>The primary function of this role is to support the company achieve a zero-injury workplace. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, processes, and procedures. Building a strong safety culture through empowering employees to have an unconditional commitment to safety. You will also be responsible for general facilities management.</p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead Safety & EHS Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance, employee well-being, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Conduct Audits, Inspections & Risk Assessments: Perform regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments while tracking findings and implementing corrective actions.</li>
<li>Lead Employee Training & Coaching: Schedule and conduct safety training, mentor employees, and foster a proactive safety culture.</li>
<li>Manage Incident Response & Compliance Reporting: Oversee investigations of incidents, near misses, and OSHA reporting to ensure timely corrective action.</li>
<li>Support Worker’s Compensation & Wellness Initiatives: Collaborate with HR to manage compensation claims and execute programs supporting employee wellness.</li>
<li>Collaborate on Safety-Driven Design & Equipment Compliance: Work with engineering and design teams to align with environmental and safety standards.</li>
<li>Oversee Facilities Management: Manage daily operations, preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.</li>
<li>Develop Emergency Preparedness Programs: Plan and lead emergency drills and response strategies to address risks across safety and facilities.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ Years of experience leading EHS efforts in an industrial manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of safety and health hazards identification.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>
<li>Adept in developing and delivering safety training.</li>
<li>Proven ability to gain rapport and effectively engage with employees to develop a safety culture on the production floor is critical.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements and can implement them effectively.</li>
