We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Bond Street Dental, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Our Dental Assistants are incredibly important to the success of our practice, team dynamic, and patient experience. Specifics about the role:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Days, Evenings and weekends 
• Wage - $25 - $30/hr

What you’ll do:

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
• Assists in Implants, Extractions, Bone grafts, Root Canals.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred 2 + years)
• Certification as a Level II Dental Assistant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
• Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
• Evening and weekend availability. The clinic is open 7-days a week and until 9pm Mon-Fri.
• HARP and CPR certified.
• IPAC and WHMIS certification is an asset but not required.
• Itero Scanning is an asset
