- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
This Registered Nurse position is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary and communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
- 1 year ICU experience in acute hospital setting required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or RN Multistate License from the NCL required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
