In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting equipment service needs, equipment sales, and cross-selling opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal service, operations, and leadership teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience while meeting quarterly sales goals.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Account Management &amp; Customer Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product and service inquiries</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned accounts</li> <li>Proactively manage customer needs to support retention and long-term account health</li> <li>Identify opportunities to expand services, equipment sales, and solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Territory Sales &amp;
