<p>We are currently seeking an experienced Small Diameter Flex Technician to join our in-house repair team in Coral Springs, Florida. In this role, you will perform hands-on diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment of flexible endoscopes, ensuring equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards. Your work directly supports healthcare providers by returning critical equipment to service quickly and reliably.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p><strong>Flexible Endoscope Repair & Refurbishment</strong></p>
<p>· Perform leak testing, diagnostics, and functional testing on flexible endoscopes</p>
<p>· Replace bending rubbers, insertion tubes, and biopsy channels</p>
<p>· Repair and replace bending sections and adjust scope angulations</p>

<p><strong>Advanced Technical Repairs</strong></p>
<p>· Rewire flexible endoscopes as skill level permits</p>
<p>· Repair or replace image bundles when applicable</p>
<p>· Support repairs across Olympus and Karl Storz platforms (Pentax preferred)</p>

<p><strong>Quality, Documentation & Compliance</strong></p>
<p>· Verify repairs meet manufacturer and internal quality standards</p>
<p>· Document repair activities accurately and completely</p>
<p>· Follow established work instructions and safety protocols</p>

<p><strong>Your Background</strong></p>
<p>· Hands-on experience repairing flexible endoscopes (required)</p>
<p>· Training or experience with Olympus and Karl Storz flexible scopes (required)</p>
<p>· Experience with Pentax scopes (preferred)</p>
<p>· Ability to perform leak testing, bending section repairs, and channel replacements</p>
<p>· Experience rewiring scopes or replacing image bundles (preferred)</p>
