About the Role
Own the growth engine. With 5 million parts in our catalog, your mission is to turn our massive inventory into a high-precision customer acquisition machine. You will manage significant budgets across Search Engine Marketing and Retargeting to ensure that when a fleet manager or mechanic needs a part, they find Partao first.
What you’ll do
- Scale the machine: Manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns (Google/Bing) across millions of SKUs, focusing on high-intent long-tail keywords.
- Drive ROI: Own the CAC and ROAS targets. You’ll constantly test, iterate, and scale channels to drive profitable growth.
- Feed the funnel: Implement sophisticated retargeting and display strategies to bring back professional buyers who have high lifetime value.
- Analyze & Optimize: Deep-dive into the data. You’ll use GA4 and internal dashboards to identify leakages in the funnel and opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate on Catalog: Work closely with the Product team to ensure our 5M+ parts are correctly indexed and optimized for Shopping ads and dynamic search.
- Creative Testing: Partner with design to build and test high-performing ad creatives that resonate with the heavy machinery and B2B industrial audience.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience: Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly spends, ideally in e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Mastery of SEM: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Bing Ads.
- Data-obsessed: You are a wizard with Excel/SQL and web analytics. You make decisions based on numbers, not "vibes."
- B2B Growth Mindset: Understanding that a heavy machinery buyer has a different journey than a B2C shopper.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., Channable, Feedonomics) to handle our 5M+ part catalog.
- Bias for Action: You’re a builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can work independently.
Bonus Points
Experience in the heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial parts sector.
Experience with programmatic advertising
- Basic knowledge of SEO to help align paid and organic strategies.
- You’ve previously scaled a startup from "early traction" to "market leader."
