Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented Data Procurement Systems Engineer to join our growing team! This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical mission, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance cyber situational awareness and support national security objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the acquisition of hundreds of different data feeds for cyber battlespace awareness in a sensitive Department of Defense (DoD) mission
- Designing and implementing robust data acquisition systems that can securely and efficiently ingest and process large volumes of data from diverse sources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data feeds are integrated seamlessly into our cyber battlespace awareness platform, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security.
- Ensuring that all data acquisition activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong background in data acquisition processes, procedures, and security
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- A deep understanding of data handling and data security requirements is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with DoD security protocols and compliance requirements
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- AWS certifications
- Experience in the NC3 mission space
Security Clearance Requirement:
