Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graduate Project Controls Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Scheduling & Planning: Maintain activity data in Primavera P6 (coding, calendars, resources); run basic health checks (logic, lags, negative float).
Progress reporting monitoring: Prepare weekly/monthly data for dashboards in PMIS; validate data; produce narrative highlights and exceptions. Monitor project performance against the baseline schedule and budget.
Cost/change support: Log change requests; track VOs/RFCs; maintain simple earned value and progress curves under guidance, supporting change management processes.
Risk & issues: Update risk registers; chase owners; assist in QSRA preparation (inputs mapping, uncertainty tags). Support the identification and quantitative analysis of schedule and cost risks, and manage the log for all project changes and variations.
Data & system integrity: Organise information in SharePoint/Aconex; ensure version control and audit trails; maintain deliverables registers.
Governance & QA: Apply DCMA 14 checks; comply with PMC/PMO standards; contribute to audit responses and close‑outs.
Continuous improvement: Automate routine reports, propose small process improvements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Good written and verbal communication; attention to detail; organised; proactive learner.
Collaboration platforms: SharePoint, MS Teams, Aconex.
