The impact you'll make:
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and maintain robust, single-codebase architectures (Flutter or KMP) tailored for high-scale, multi-tenant, or white-label environments.
- Master Offline-First Logic: Implement advanced data synchronization and storage strategies to ensure seamless user experiences in low-connectivity or offline scenarios.
- Collaborate at Scale: Work with engineers and product owners across the company to build new features that maintain high performance across diverse device ecosystems.
- Elevate Standards: Improve engineering standards, tooling, and internal processes to enhance the efficiency of multiplatform development.
Technology Stack:
- Frameworks: Flutter (Dart) and/or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Platforms: Native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin).
- Automation: Fastlane and modern CI/CD orchestrators.
- Storage: Mobile-first databases (SQLite, Hive, or similar).
Your skills:
- +7 years of experience in mobile development roles (iOS and/or Android).
- 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps with Flutter; experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is highly valued.
- Strong White-Label Expertise: Proven experience managing multiple app targets, dynamic configurations, and asset injection (Flavors/Schemes).
- Architectural Depth: Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and state management patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVI).
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to various stakeholders.
