  • Package and deploy client applications using PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit (PSADT) and tools such as AdminStudio, Wise, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM).
  • Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD) and imaging of client computers using MCM/SCCM Task Sequences.
  • Upgrade Windows 10/11 operating systems to the latest versions through Task Sequences and Feature Updates.
  • Managing Windows Autopilot deployments and coordinating with vendors such as HP for device enrollment. Responsibilities include creating Intune applications in Win32 format to deploy standard core applications and configurations to Autopilot devices.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Windows PowerShell scripts for automating tasks and optimizing processes.
  • Troubleshoot all aspects of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM), including client devices, supported servers, logs, SQL databases, distribution points, role servers, and the Primary Site server.
  • Engineer enterprise-level solutions for Configuration Manager, covering OS deployment, servicing, patching, replication, SQL queries, inventory, reporting, software metering, and power management.
  • Manage local workstation administrative rights and privilege elevation using tools such as Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management.
  • Maintain and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across multiple domains to manage configurations and enforce policies affecting client machines and end users.
  • Manage and support mobile devices, tablets, and rugged notebooks using Microsoft Intune.
  • Deliver desktop, laptop, and mobile solutions for both office and field environments, ensuring compatibility with real-time applications for pipeline measurement and management.
  • Resolve Tier 3 ServiceNow incident tickets escalated from the Service Desk and local IT Client/Field Support.
  • Perform monthly patching of client machines with Microsoft Security updates and third-party applications (e.g., Chrome, Edge).
  • Maintain System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) and ensure antivirus definitions and signatures are up to date.
  • Troubleshoot and remediate issues related to MCM/SCCM clients and SCEP clients.
  • Backup and restore local client data using Veeam Backup and Druva solutions.
  • Configure and manage remote support tools and standards, including Dameware and BeyondTrust Remote Support (Bomgar).
