About this role

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing, collaborative Primary Care team.  Our Primary Care clinicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management. The successful Clinician will play a vital role in supporting multiple clinics in the West Metro – Champlin, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Rogers, and Wayzata. Minimum of 3+ years of outpatient primary care clinician experience. No call, no weekends. 

As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.
