Park DuValle Community Health Center is a 501c3 non-profit, federally qualified health center that has served the local community for over 50 years. PDCHC offers primary care for adults and children, women's health, behavioral health services, dental, WIC and Nutrition, insurance enrollment, lab, pharmacy and radiology services, transportation, exercise classes, and other enabling services.

Position Summary:
To perform only dental procedures designated by the Dental Practice Act (laws) of the Commonwealth of Kentucky under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist
Must maintain a high level of professionalism, be responsible, ethical, team oriented. Required to display strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills always

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Formally educated EDDA with certificate and certificate in radiation safety (KY State required)
Additional Requirements: Computer Literacy and ability to use Dental Electronic Health Records Systems / Coronal Polishing (Recommended)
