Graphic Artist (Artworker), Studio Services - Life Sciences

Parexel's Medical Communications group is seeking a talented Graphic Artist (Artworker) to join our global Studio Services team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the day-to-day studio operations, delivering high-quality medical communication materials and regulatory labelling artwork. You'll deliver projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to the growth of our well-established team.

What You'll Do: 

Working in a Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud environment, you'll create diverse medical communication materials using InDesign and Illustrator, for both print and digital formats. Your primary focus will be regulatory labelling artwork, developing product packaging and labelling that meets stringent legal and quality standards. This unique position combines technical artwork skills with regulatory compliance, requiring close collaboration with regulatory, quality, and creative teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.


Beyond regulatory work, you'll contribute to a variety of projects including:

  • Scientific posters and journal figures

  • Patient recruitment materials in multiple languages

  • Meeting and symposia collateral

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Mac skills working in Adobe Creative Cloud

  • InDesign – Advanced

  • Illustrator – Advanced

  • Meticulous eye for detail

  • Excellent organizational and file management skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

  • Full knowledge of page layout with a passion for typography and ability to visually enhance layouts

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail

  • Strong sense of urgency and achievement

  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role
