About this role
At Parent APs, we’re looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Operations Associate to run our bookkeeping, keep everything audit-ready, and own our monthly Finance Cockpit (KPI dashboard). If you love clean books, structured reporting, and turning numbers into clarity—this one’s for you.
What you’ll own
Bookkeeping & Auditor Packs
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and organized supporting documentation
Prepare monthly/quarterly audit-ready files and send them to our auditors
Support the monthly close with reconciliations and schedules
Stripe + AR / Invoicing / Collections
Run customer invoicing for subscriptions, renewals, prorations, upgrades/downgrades in Stripe
Manage AR aging, follow-ups, and collections
Handle credit notes, refunds, cancellations, and approvals
Reconcile Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks to bank and records
Churn & Subscription Operations
Track cancellations/non-renewals and ensure correct billing stops/adjustments
Process prorations/credits accurately and reconcile churn-related adjustments
Partner with Customer Success/Sales to confirm churn reasons and finalize account status
Finance Cockpit (Monthly KPI Dashboard)
You will own and deliver our monthly cockpit covering:
Growth & Customer KPIs
Signed branches / signed homes
New paying customers / new paying branches
Expansion + churn (customers & branches)
children EOM + average child charge
branches EOM + average branch charge
Customers EOM + average company charge
Revenue & MRR
Revenue, MRR, MRR growth rate
MRR new customers, MRR expansion, MRR churn
Net MRR (new + expansion – churn)
VAT, total MRR + VAT
Startup fees, upfront payments, white labeling
Actual total revenue incl. VAT + other revenue
Revenue projections / forecast
Market Fees
Application & Processing fees by market
Costs & Burn
Monthly salaries + split by country
Running expenses (rent, tools, operations)
Burn rate
Commercial Tracking
Bank contracts, in-advance clients, expansion pipeline
3–5 years in accounting/bookkeeping (SaaS/subscription is a big plus)
Strong ability to deliver auditor-ready reporting packs and clean reconciliations
Confidence working with Stripe (payouts, fees, refunds, chargebacks)
Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable owning dashboards end-to-end
Comfortable using AI tools to automate, summarize, and spot anomalies
Organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
VAT exposure / multi-country experience
Experience with accounting tools
Understanding of MRR/churn dynamics
