Remote Foreclosure Legal Processor (Florida)
100% Remote | High-Volume, Detail-Driven Role
A respected foreclosure practice is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Legal Processor to support Florida matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, drafting pleadings, and working closely with attorneys to keep files moving efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and revising foreclosure complaints within a case management system
Reviewing and analyzing loan documentation to support foreclosure filings
Collaborating directly with attorneys to resolve file issues and move matters forward
Communicating with clients regarding approvals, denials, and file status
Managing a large workload while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate documentation and organized files throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in Florida foreclosure matters
Hands-on experience drafting foreclosure complaints
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
Minimum of 1 year of foreclosure experience or a Bachelor’s degree
