Job DetailsJob Location: Chickasha Location - Chickasha, OK 73018Parallel Ag proudly carries AGCO farm equipment plus a full line of parts to help all farming operations. Customers come to depend on Parallel Ag to get any job done and we are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking, and highly motivated Application 4X Manager to our team!

The Application 4X Manager plays a key role in ensuring effective promotion and support of all application products sold and serviced by Parallel Ag.  This professional will assist with driving team first culture through coordinating collaborative customer support activities with the application team.

Essential Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Responsibilities and duties of the Precision Ag Professional will include the following:

Develop a deep understanding of the Parallel Ag product portfolio for farm equipment
Develop AG Retailer business relationships within the assigned territory
Assist sales team with application specific inquiries from their sales territories
Follow up on leads that are generated from the sales staff across the region
Work with other regional application managers to grow the overall application business at Parallel Ag
Assist with application training for all departments- sales, parts, & service
Attend OEM training to become SME (subject matter expert) for all things application related
Attend select trade shows to promote the application business
Promote full offering of application support to retailers and farmers (parts, service, and wholegoods)
Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices 
Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership’s satisfaction
Any other duties as needed 
QualificationsQualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and the capacity to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze agronomic data
Familiarity with data management systems and basic computer proficiency
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers
Capability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
Ability to work flexible schedule during in season hours, including fielding after-hours calls

Position Type:

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Early morning, evening, weekend, and work on holidays may be required as job duties demand.
