About this role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 5+ years of combined engineering and product experience to join our small, high-impact product team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, ideally with experience building developer tools or API products, who can take complete ownership of core parts of our product. This is a critical role that will help shape the future of Paragon's product vision as we aim to become the leading integration infrastructure for AI. You will have a direct influence on our product strategy and own entire parts of the Paragon platform from end to end.
What will you be doing?
- Define and execute the strategy for entire products and core areas of the Paragon platform.
- Own the product development strategy end-to-end, from customer research and writing PRDs to working with engineering to launch new features.
- Work directly with customers, sales, and customer success to inform the product roadmap and strategy.
- Build the next generation of integration infrastructure for AI, focusing on AI agents and data ingestion for RAG applications.
- Help shape the product roadmap for the rest of the year and beyond, with a high degree of ownership and impact from day one.
