Your main responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks across the hotel, including minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.

• Respond promptly to technical requests from colleagues and guests to ensure operational continuity.

• Carry out preventative maintenance checks and report larger issues to the maintenance supervisor.

• Assist with setup and breakdown for events and conferences as required.

• Maintain all technical areas and storage spaces in a safe and orderly condition.

• Follow health and safety procedures and comply with local regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or technical role within hospitality or facilities management is an advantage, though motivated candidates without prior experience are welcome.

• Practical knowledge of basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and the ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and occasional evenings.

• Good communication skills in English or Dutch; additional language skills are a plus.
