About this role

Coordinate and monitor quality standardization for new product development to ensure alignment with Pandora standards before transitioning to mass production.

Key accountabilities:

1) Standardization & Method Development
•    Monitor and consolidate standardization progress across multiple streams and provide summary reports to Supervisor.
•    Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate standard information during product transfer phase.
•    Develop and implement new inspection standards and inspection tool to ensure consistency across products.
•    Align quality instruction standards between internal and external production sites.
•    Cooperation with stakeholder team about the standard information during transfer phase of produced product.
•    Report the quality standard and handover to cross functional team.
•    Overview monitoring timeline and information of standard weight, standard time and compliance information to finance and global team
2) Issue Management & Continuous Improvement
•    Act as the main point of contact for standardization-related inquiries and ensure accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to embed inspection feedback into design and product standardization.
•    Drive implementation of quality standards from the initial Yellow-tag sample phase, covering inspection, instructions, tools, weight/time.
•    Report quality issue and drive preventive solution with cross functional team.
3) Project initiate and supports
•    Initiate projects to improve processes and ensure success
•    Follow up on action items, communicate status, and escalate issues in a timely, structured manner.

Qualifications:
•    Education a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Jewelry, Business Administration, or related field
•   1-3 year experience in Manufacturing process, Quality Control Factory or Jewelry Manufacture.
•    Experience in data system and management will advance.
•    Jewellery background is preferred. 
•    Strong organizational and coordination skills
•    Effective interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English.
