
RUNNING THE BUSINESS:
Strategic & Operational:
• Execute the overall procurement strategy, aligning it with company objectives
• Assess potential procurement risks on curent process and implementing mitigation action and able to suggess the process development to mitigate the risks
• Monitor and report on procurement risks to management, providing recommendations for timely action
• Execute procurement policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Internal control, Finance) to update and revise the governance framework as needed
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, monitoring progress and report to stakeholder
• Analyze procurement data for opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the governance framework
Process Improvement:
• Analyze existing procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Governance:
• Develop, maintain, and improve procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
to meet business objectives and compliance requirements
• Conduct investigations into potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Ensure policies and procedure align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and update internal processes accordingly
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance issues
Contract Management:
• Ensuring contracts are aligned with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices
• Managing contract amendments and modifications.
• Maintaining accurate and complete contract records
• Monitor contract performance and supplier relationships.
Stakeholder Management
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization on procurement governance policies and procedures
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on their roles and responsibilities in upholding ethical and compliant procurement practices

Today, Mirpuri Group USA owns and operates six PANDORA concept stores throughout Florida, as well as one multi-brand store, Dynasty Gallery & Gifts. With more than 200 employees, Girish & Harry continue to work toward growing Mirpuri Group USA in partnership with PANDORA.
