About this role

Overview

The Sr. Project Manager leads the strategic evaluation, planning, and execution of complex cross functional Enterprise initiatives. This role provides end to end ownership of the project lifecycle including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and change adoption while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and PMO standards. Sr. PM will drive clarity, remove barriers, and ensure successful delivery of high impact outcomes.
Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Demonstrates the ability to translate business goals into actionable programs and Lead projects using PMO standards, adapting methodologies to fit cultural, situational, and ecosystem-specific needs.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with internal teams and stakeholders to define:
    • Project scope and objectives (Project Charter)
    • Key goals, deliverables, and success metrics
    • Risks and mitigation strategies
    • Milestones, schedules, and dependencies
    • Resource requirements and budget allocations
  • Support and oversee operational intake through a disciplined, scaled agile framework—emphasizing incremental delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement via backlog management, daily standups, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, partnering with sponsors to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and overall project health.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones, proactively addressing risks and blockers, provides strategic guidance to Project Managers, ensuring alignment with PMO governance and organizational priorities.

Communications Management

  • Communicates clearly and persuasively with senior leadership, customers, vendors, and project teams.
  • Able to synthesize complex project risks, dependencies, and decisions into executive‑ready dashboards and briefings.
  • Establish and maintain intentional, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project deliverables, timelines, risks, and progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating to leadership when necessary to ensure project success. Act as the escalation point for project issues and cross-functional conflicts
  • Educate and coach team members and partners on project management processes, tools, and governance standards to foster alignment and accountability.

Team Leadership, Coaching & Mentorship

  • Demonstrate a strong lead mindset by proactively seeking clarity, staying strategically focused, and modeling accountability in day‑to‑day decision-making
  • Drives adoption of PMO methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement practices, including Scaled Agile and Waterfall Frameworks
  • Coach and enforce strong process discipline, documentation standards, and governance structures across all managed projects.
  • Provides ongoing direction, feedback, and support to Project Manager and Project Specialist roles, developing PM capability across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the work of 3rd‑party project managers and ensures standardized service delivery.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drives operational maturity across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensures accurate project tracking and data integrity across systems such as Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA, or MS Project.

Education & ExperienceDegree required/preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Operations, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7 years or more of direct experience in Project Management, Program Management, or similar experience Required.
  • Formal Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certifications or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) with significant PM experience.

Other Requirements: e.g., working conditions, physical requirements, travel, etc.

Travel Requirement: 25% travel to various locations in North America for internal collaboration or onsite for project execution. During large scale projects, the percentage could fluctuate. Adherence to corporate travel and entertainment policy is required.


Salary Range

$130,000- $155,000 + Bonus REQ-153715
