
Deliver the installed equipment to the client according to the purchase orders and approved plans, and, where applicable, to the service department. Review the project plans and scope upon arrival at the assigned store to make any necessary updates with the relevant departments (engineering and sales). Supervise the work performed by the contractor assigned to the project to ensure that the work is carried out according to Hussmann and/or client specifications. Conduct safety audits in accordance with current regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards for personnel on site and to prevent accidents. Prepare administrative documents such as progress reports, site logs, audit reports, change orders, completion letters, etc. Coordinate equipment delivery according to project needs (available area dates), coordinate with the logistics department the rental of equipment for the proper handling of Hussmann equipment upon arrival, as well as the provision of lifting equipment for installation. Maintain effective communication with external and internal clients (logistics, engineering, warehouse, etc.) to ensure the best possible project outcome.
