This internship will start May 18th and run through August 7th with a high potential to extend into the Fall.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking an intern for Data Analytics and Cloud Application to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics and cloud technologies to drive business insights and develop robust cloud web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, design and implement cloud solutions, automate processes, and ensure seamless SSL support for our applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Data analysis and insights: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Generate meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making processes.
2. Cloud web application development: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based web applications using Microsoft Azure and related technologies. Implement scalable and secure cloud architectures that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
3. Power Automate implementation: Leverage Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to automate workflows and streamline business processes. Develop custom flows and integrations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Python programming: Utilize Python programming language and relevant frameworks to manipulate, transform, and analyze data. Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline data processes and enable efficient data analysis.
5. Cloud infrastructure management: Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary configurations.
6. Collaborative teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions.
7. Documentation and reporting: Create detailed documentation, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and user guides. Prepare regular reports and updates on project progress, key metrics, and performance evaluations.

Program Requirement(s):

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.

What You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, cloud application development, and SSL support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, including web app services, virtual machines, and Azure storage.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of SSL certificate management and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and prioritize tasks effectively.

Hourly Range: $17-$38

The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
