How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Carrier Relationships:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner carriers
Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers
Ensure that our customer s freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365
Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers
Customer Relationships:
Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges
Oversees successful completion of day-to-day commitments
Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
Identify issues and consulting with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
