About this role

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is Hiring a Wound Care Nurse!

Full Time: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday; 8 hr day shift

At Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

Provide primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders. Tasks to include daily skin evals, post admit skin evals, round with wound care doctor and documentation, weekly weights and wounds meeting, weekly measurements/pictures  and documentation, and other assigned tasks.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN or RN in CO

Wound care experience required; wound nurse credentials needed.

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate: LPN - $31-$38/hour, RN - $41-$51/hour
