Do you love creating delicious, nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to others? Western Slope Health Center is looking for a Full-Time Chef to join our supportive and collaborative team! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while making a difference in the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare a variety of meals in large quantities, following menus and portion guidelines.

• Create special diets and pureed foods with accuracy and care.

• Ensure meals are appealing, safe, and served on time.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and work area.

• Record and monitor food temperatures.

• Assist with meal service and clean-up, including carts and cooking areas.

• Supervise or assist dietary staff, supporting teamwork and training.

• Collaborate with staff across departments to support resident care.

• Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred (knowledge of Textures)
