Product Designer

Role

We're looking for our first Product Designer. You'll shape how our platform looks, feels, and works, partnering directly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders from problem discovery through delivery. You'll drive the why behind product direction, not just the what of design.

What this looks like in practice:

• Own end-to-end design from discovery through delivery, working directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across our product
• Identify patterns across feature requests to create foundational solutions rather than one-offs
• Know when an MVP is right and when higher fidelity is worth the investment
• Balance speed with the polish and detail that builds user trust

You're a great fit if you:

• Thrive in ambiguity and high-autonomy environments. You've operated in environments without a heavy process and delivered strong outcomes. You're energized by figuring things out.
• Think in systems. You build design languages, not just designs, spotting through-lines across unrelated requests and turning them into foundational solutions that scale.
• Have taste. Your work shows intentionality and an eye for detail, and you can articulate why you made the choices you made.
• You're a strong listener and communicator. You draw out insights from customer conversations and translate technical constraints into design opportunities. You bring stakeholders along without lengthy alignment cycles.
• Move fast with a bias toward action. You set the pace, not just keep up with it
• Are excited to build an AI-native product. You've built AI products either professionally or on the side before and are thinking about how the latest capabilities can become products in users' hands
