Pace Analytical PLS Technical Field Services (TFS) group is hiring a Project Coordinator role to perform business functions related to equipment qualification services and cleanroom certification testing.  This exciting position offers the opportunity to provide support for custom facility and equipment qualification protocols and reports related to controlled environments (cleanrooms) for all industries. Customer base includes medical device, life science, electronics, scientific, defense, and other high-tech industries. Self-directed individuals with the ability to function in complex and high-capacity environments will thrive in this Minneapolis-based position. Compensation: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and review various types of reports related to cleanroom testing results; preparing standard project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
  • Provide support to project management in the forms of but not limited to printing, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
  • Assist with receiving client feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required; direct client calls and requests to appropriate project manager for follow-up.
  • Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and assists with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; receives guidance with these areas as needed.
  • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the departments service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
  • Promoting cooperation and teamwork among staff.
  • This is an Onsite position

 What you'll bring:

  • High school diploma/GED AND at least TWO (2) years of administrative support experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and able to work independently with an eye for attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multitask efficiently and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Physical requirements include walking, bending, and carrying. Must also have hand and finger dexterity, and the ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
  • Current and applicable computer skills.
