Role

We are seeking a results driven and experienced Accounts – Sales Manager to join our team. The Accounts – Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating pricing details with clients or customers to meet their needs while maintain profit margins for the company
  • Meeting with clients to discuss project details and develop proposals for new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for increasing sales
  • Building relationships with exists clients to ensure continued business
  • Review sales reports to identify trends and make strategic decisions to improve sales performance
  • Meeting with management to discuss performance metrics, goals, and progress toward objectives

 

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts – Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with sales software and Microsoft Office Software
