Job Overview
We’re hiring multiple full-time Equipment Operators to join our growing logistics team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate and efficient product distribution within our healthcare network — supporting hospitals, clinics, and patients across the country.
The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: $18/hr*
Additional 8% differential
Shift- Sunday (5PM - 130AM), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (4PM - 1230AM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (4PM - 1230AM), Saturday (OFF)
What You’ll Do
Operate material handling equipment, including cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, sit down forklift, and motorized pallet jack
Unload, receive, and process inbound shipments
Perform bin replenishment and move product throughout the distribution center to support efficient workflow
Prepare and maintain accurate pick locations
Pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer requirements
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time
What We’re Looking For
Prior warehouse or distribution experience required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable standing, walking, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willing to learn warehouse systems and new material handling equipment.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.
