PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is accountable to lead the operation and employees for a 12-hour night shift
(6:00pm to 6:00am) and 48/36 hour bi-weekly. The Production Supervisor also manages and oversees all shift operations in a manner that enhances the plant’s safety, engagement, cost, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Reports to: Operations Leader, Medina Roofing Plant
Span of Control: 20 Hourly Production Employees
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities (20%)
Achieve customer satisfaction and quality commitments (25%)
Execute Plant’s Continuous Improvement Plan (15%)
Lead and develop talent (20%)
Achieve Plant cost targets (20%)
