Location: Guelph, ON
Job Type: Full‑time, 3 -3 Rotating 12‑hour shifts (days/nights, including weekends & holidays)

We are looking for reliable, safety‑minded individuals to join our Operations team as Forming Specialists. In this role, you'll be trained to operate specialized equipment that forms glass fibre products used around the world. What You’ll Do
- Work safely and maintain good housekeeping across your area
- Learn and apply glass‑forming fundamentals
- Monitor and adjust processes to maintain high quality standards
- Use Quality Control systems and understand Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Support equipment reliability through inspection, lubrication, and restoration
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues
- Operate forklifts and walkies (training provided)
What Your Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- A team‑oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Commitment to improving safety, quality, and productivity
Compensation
Starting rate: $28.49 per hour with 3-month, 6-month wage progression and annual increases.
Night shift is a premium of $1.00/hour.
