About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Dispatcher to support the Service Department at Horton Automatics of Ontario (HAO). In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and efficiently scheduling service activities. The Dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.

We also have operations in Canada through our Horton Automatics of Ontario servicing greater Toronto, the Ottawa Valley and Southern Ontario.
