About this role
- Complete activity tax obligations (BAS, IAS) in line with Australian taxation requirements.
- Preparation of year-end tax return reports, including financial statements, like balance sheet, profit and loss, etc.
- Preparation of periodical management reports such as cash flow, variance analysis, monitoring reports, etc.
- Efficiency to work on adhoc reports and analysis assigned by the supervisor/manager.
- Expertise and capability in the following processes - general accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, fixed assets and loans, intercompany transactions, reporting, and balance account reconciliations.
- Manage deadlines and maintain workflow tracking for efficient task completion.
- Client management and liaison.
- Flexible to learn the team's process and adjust to working with a team.
- Work independently while remaining accountable to your supervisor/manager.
- Collaborate with the onshore/offshore team, providing timely and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Australian accounting.
- CPA license holder is a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software, e.g., Xero, MYOB.

The positions are for a REMOTE setting, although, during the training period, a few weeks/months, an onsite sessions, like a day or two in the office per week is expected as part of the probationary assessment.
